The farm-to-market Crawfish experience starts with a tour of the farm, then a visit to the crawfish sorting facility and ends with Boiled Crawfish for dinner. Afterwards, sit back or jump on the dance floor for the music of Chubby Carrier, a Zydeco Grammy Award winner, and his band. A great finish to a full, five day event!
