Thursday - Community Share-a-Dish - We supply the chicken, you supply the extras.
Friday - Crawfish Etoufee - Locally grown rice, Crawfish and other tasty things.
Saturday - Gumbo - Chicken, pork, rice and spices cooked all day long in a family recipe!
Sunday - Jambalaya - Locally grown rice, Chicken, sausage and other tasty things!
Monday - Crawfish Boil - Cooked on site and served "family style"
Alternative menu will be available at check-in - MUST be ordered in advance!
